Collab guide

Partner with us.

Our gatherings usually welcome 400–700 people — a beautiful opportunity to share your heart, connect with other believers, and let the light of Jesus shine through what you do.

Your generosity makes room for the one.

Sunday S'mores is made possible by donations. We're looking for financial partners who share our heart for creating spaces of celebration, worship, and connection that bring people closer to Jesus.

A one-time gift or ongoing support helps keep our house parties free and opens the door for more people to belong.

Ways to partner

A.

Sponsorships

Monetary

Sponsors help cover the costs of keeping our events free — like s'mores supplies, lighting, sound, and hospitality. Give financially or donate materials/services that enhance the event.

Example: A business donates coffee, firewood, or lighting equipment, or gives a set dollar amount to “Sponsor a Sunday.”

What you receive

  • Recognition on event signage and social media
  • Tax-deductible donation receipt
  • The joy of knowing you're helping people encounter Jesus in community
B.

Vendor Partnerships

Mutual benefit

Vendors join us at select events to offer a product or experience that adds value to the night. To help sustain our gatherings, vendors may contribute a small flat fee, percentage of sales, or donation of supplies.

Example: A dessert vendor donates 10% of profits back to Sunday S'mores, or a local boutique donates raffle prizes for attendees.

What you receive

  • A space to share your brand with a warm, family-oriented audience
  • Social media feature
  • Opportunities to connect with hundreds of local attendees
C.

Donations or Grants

One-time or recurring

Tax-deductible gifts help keep our events free. 100% of donations go directly toward event materials, worship setup, and community outreach.

Example: A business gives $500 to cover supplies for one Sunday night gathering, or contributes monthly to sustain ongoing events.

What you receive

  • Donation acknowledgment and thank-you feature
  • Annual impact report
  • A tax-deductible giving statement
D.

Volunteer or Service

Serve together

Businesses or teams volunteer together at a Sunday S'mores event as a way to give back, build community, and serve.

Example: A local business brings their team to help set up, greet guests, prepare s'mores, or clean up.

What you receive

  • A meaningful team-building experience
  • Social media or verbal feature
  • The opportunity to bless your local community hands-on
